You got yourself locked in this cell, can you type your way out of it?
Deep in rotten cells underneath a packed and bouncing colosseum, you awake on a damp cold floor. If you don't want to stay here forever or worse, you had better look for an escape and prepare a plan for what awaits you just above your cell. You may wish to stay in your cell if you knew what's out there.
Escape The Colosseum is a short text based adventure game set in a prison underneath a lively colosseum where famous Roman gods and deity's are still around. Players must type their way through situations, making tough decisions that shape their outcome.

Escape The Colosseum is the first video game I've ever made. I created it in visual studio and wrote the game in c#. In the span of 2 months I went from having no knowledge of coding to having a finished text based adventure game. To help with the designing aspect of the game I used Twine to help visualise how each route would go based on player choices.
